Air defence and passive surveillance are critical elements in today's military and security operations. OMNIPOL, a reliable partner of governments worldwide with over 80 year’s tradition, presents its original technology of passive reconnaissance and surveillance VERA-NG system, at Eurosatory 2016. The system has been developed and manufactured by OMNIPOL’s subsidiary ERA allows automatic detection, identification and tracking electronic signals transmitted by air, land and naval targets. It has capability to be integrated with TDOA system and displays simultaneously up to 200 real-time flying targets.

Another passive system designed and manufactured by OMNIPOL’s subsidiary RAMET is called SDD. It is a long-range system designed for strategic reconnaissance and monitoring naval and ground targets. High sensitivity of the system allows reception of signals reflected from the troposphere and thus ensuring working range beyond the horizon up to distance of 700km and 360°.
OMNIPOL represent both land and airborne systems. The company is now presenting a new jet trainer L-39NG developed by AERO Vodochody AEROSPACE. L-39NG is a follower of the legendary L-39 ALBATROS famous for its ability to operate in all climatic conditions, excellent manoeuvrability and great aerodynamic concept.

So far, L-39NG has been chosen by 15 world aerobatic teams and equipped with the latest technologies, L-39NG offers unified and comprehensive training system for modern air forces. Thanks to single engine conception, fully implemented condition based maintenance (including full service concept "support by the hour" for selected components like engine) and high modernity components, the jet trainer has an unprecedented efficiency along with minimal maintenance.

The most advanced successor of the famous L 410 aircraft is the L 410 UVP-E20 manufactured by Czech aircraft manufacturer Aircraft Industries. It is a well proven 19 seat turboprop commuter and cargo transporter for civilian as well as military purposes with outstanding technical parameters and operational reliability which is easy to handle and simple to maintain.

L 410 is "at home" operating in the Sahara desert as well as in the Siberian tundra. This aircraft was chosen by the Nepalese airline Goma Air for operation in difficult local terrain. The aircraft was successfully tested at JOMSOM airport (2,783m above sea level and runway length of 745m) and accomplished a successful take-off and landing at LUKLA airport. It is available in various versions: flying ambulance, paratrooper version, photogrammetric scanning, maritime patrolling and surveillance.
