Esterline Control & Communication Systems, a division of Esterline, is exhibiting at DSEI, on Stands S3-320 and N3-622.
Esterline is a global market leader in Avionics & Controls, Sensors & Systems, and Advanced Materials. Its products are used across the land, sea and air domains, including by twenty of the world's navies. Their products can be found on virtually all major military aerospace programs. Esterline's Control & Communication Systems Group, which specialises in HMI technologies and audio and data solutions for naval and land platforms, is showcasing its Codis and Racal product ranges at the UK event.
Codis is a line of rugged, thin, lightweight visualization products and advanced C4ISR hardware and software solutions. It offers the latest innovations in electronics, video processing and touch technology, and features intuitive user interface in their MIL-qualified displays. The Esterline stand features the Codis TX-335S turret crew station displays, TX-321S triple-head driver's displays and VPU-101 specialized video-processing hardware. These were chosen by General Dynamics Land Systems for the SCOUT Specialist Vehicle program for the British Army.
The Racal communications equipment features hearing protection solutions, headsets, handsets and field telephones. These provide unparalleled levels of safety and fidelity as well as enhanced situational awareness. At DSEI, Esterline is demonstrating the latest Raptor (pictured), Talon, Cobra and L.I.T.E. headsets. Featuring Racal's Active Noise Reduction technology, these state-of-the-art communication systems have been specially tailored to the specific safety, ruggedness and ergonomic
requirements of military and first responder users.
"DSEI gives us the opportunity to demonstrate Esterline's global reach and technological synergies," said Peggy Keene, company spokesperson. "Codis and Racal are two of our product ranges that offer high reliability applications featured on the most advanced land, sea and air platforms in use worldwide."
